Catch your breathe at The Breeze, Tamarindo's finest modern luxury retreat .

Our compound consists of 5 villas - Villa Cortes, Coco Bolo, Ron Ron, Almendro and Joe Guanacaste.

Our villas can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. There is a $35 fee per person/per night for each additional person more than 4 people.

Situated approximately 150 meters/yards from the beach, our superb vacation home lies nestled in a perfect tropical setting. A magnificently preserved Guanacaste tree accentuates the ground's beauty. Lush tropical gardens are woven around this sensational two-bedroom, two bath jewel, which opens up to a cascading split-level pool and lounging area - perfect for a dip in the water or an afternoon of soaking up Costa Rica's rich rays of sun.

Our four two-bedroom villas are single story. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, and sliding glass doors open up onto each bedroom's patio. Luxury linens and great mattresses are key to the divine sleeping comfort our beds provide. For your convenience, our bathrooms are stocked with luxurious bath and pool/beach towels.

Full kitchens throughout all the homes are complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster-oven and coffee maker, along with contemporary dishes, cookware and silverware. Dine outdoors on your covered patio just off the living room as you enjoy the sites and sounds of paradise.

Sleekness and simple elegance are synonymous with THE BREEZE. From the living room's stylish red sofa to the bedroom's tasteful bed linens, the décor has been meticulously chosen by the proprietors to blend boutique hotel-style intimacy with a flair for the cosmopolitan. Among the many amenities are air conditioning in all bedrooms, 2 flatscreen TV's per unit, hi-speed wireless internet, daily 24-hour security within a gated community, free maid service, and babysitting and laundry services for a fee.

The Breeze

We had a 4 day stay in January. The owner was very helpful through the booking process. On site manage Luca is terrific. The pool and common areas are very well maintained. Great location and a really good value. You can’t go wrong booking your Tamarindo vacation here.

Fantastic place!

Great experience from start to finish. The Breeze is a beautiful property. The rooms were perfect, had everything we needed. Jean Marc is the owner and was extremely helpful! He helped organize our excursions and had great recommendations for things to do & where to eat. Location was great, walking distance to everything you need. A market 3min walk. Restaurants super close and beach right down the road. Definitely recommend The Breeze!

We had a wonderful stay at the Breeze! The team was very welcoming and accommodating. It was so nice to have daily housekeeping. The pool is a wonderful oasis to chill after beach and observe the monkeys passings through the trees! Cannot beat the location, it was so easy to walk to the beach, sunset dinners and coffee shops. Oasis midst the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo

This small, conveniently located property, met or surpassed all our expectations. The air conditioned unit, within easy walking distance to the beach, provided welcome respite during the recent heat wave. The pool was wonderful! The staff was very attentive and provided daily cleaning to keep the unit immaculate. Luka, the onsite manager was there every day and checked on us and the other guests. Monkeys on the grounds and iguanas added to tropical experience. The persistent presence of ants is the only negative comment to offer. I'm sure most guests wish there weren't ants but share our overall level of high satisfaction despite this minor nusiance.

Our stay was fabulous, walking distance to everything but yet secluded enough u are not in the hustle and bustle. Beautiful pool and house was well stocked. There was always someone there to help u or answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Retreat in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Breeze. It was a shady retreat after the heat and Sun of the beach. Our 11 year-old twins enjoyed the pool often. The location was a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and activities. We walked to everything. Lucas, the on-sight manager checked in with us daily and helped us book our sunset/ snorkel boat tour ( a favorite of the stay) All staff were friendly and took great care of the property. It was like staying at a hotel but with the privacy of your own space. It was perfect for our family of four.

A Perfect Week Away

We had a perfect week away for Spring Break. My husband, our two daughters, and I loved the location of The Breeze. An easy walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Amazing property, staff and owners

Our group was made up of 3 brothers and their families (14 in total). We celebrated Xmas and a 60th,55th and 53rd bday. We had an amazing time and The breeze made it even more special.. the Breeze is in a Perfect location, an amazing property and the staff and owners were so helpful. We can not wait to return.
