One of the highlights of Sunrise 33 is its ground-floor location facing the spacious, resort-style shared pool. Surrounded by tropical landscaping, the pool features a cascading waterfall and plenty of space to lounge and unwind.



Enjoy a refreshing swim, relax by the water, or take a break from the beach with the pool just steps from your condo. Back at the condo, the terrace features a BBQ grill for preparing a casual meal and spending time with family or friends.



**Comfortable Accommodations for Six**



With approximately 1,600 square feet of living space, Sunrise 33 comfortably accommodates up to six guests.



- Primary bedroom: King-size bed, private bathroom, and television.

- Second bedroom: Queen-size bed and television.

- Third bedroom: Two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request.



A second bathroom is shared by guests staying in the second and third bedrooms.



The condo includes central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and all bed linens and bath towels. Televisions with cable service in the living room, primary bedroom, and second bedroom provide entertainment, while complimentary Wi-Fi and an available telephone for local calls to help you stay connected.



**Everything You Need to Feel at Home**



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and cookware and utensils for preparing meals during your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience, especially after days at the beach.



Your stay also includes beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler for your outings. A complimentary welcome basket provides coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, and cooking oil, while shampoo and soaps are supplied to help you get settled.

The Neighborhood:

This is the most central location around!! You cannot pick a better spot in town. The beach is right across the street and Tamarindo has so much to see and do. You can walk to everything so a car is not necessary.



Getting Around:

You are walking distance to pretty much everything. There are also inexpensive taxis in town as well as golf cart and bike rentals.
