Jacuzzis are rare in Tamarindo. This house has one, plus a private pool, and both are yours alone.

It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house for up to 7 guests, in a quiet residential area of Los Jobos, surrounded by tropical dry forest and gardens. Tamarindo Beach and downtown are 2 km away, about 5 minutes by car. You get the town's restaurants, supermarkets, shops, nightlife and surf, and then you drive home to the sounds of nature.

A day here usually goes like this: coffee in the garden, beach or surf in the morning, back for the pool in the afternoon, jacuzzi at sunset, dinner off the gas grill (gas included). The layout is open-concept, so everyone ends up in the same room anyway.

THE HOUSE
Private pool and jacuzzi (not heated, and you won't need it: it's 30°C or more nearly all year). Pet friendly: your pets are welcome. Fully equipped kitchen, split A/C throughout, WiFi, smart TV in the living room, BBQ gas grill. The property is gated, with electronic gate access and parking right in front of the door. The entire home is yours.

Bedroom 1: king bed, private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: king bed and a twin bed
Bedroom 3: full bed
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second full bathroom.

Tamarindo center and beach: 5 min
Playa Langosta: 8 min
Playa Flamingo: 30 min
Playa Brasilito: 30 min (park there and walk to Playa Conchal)
Several convenience stores are less than a mile away, and supermarkets are a drive of under 10 minutes.

CHECK-IN
Self check-in with a lockbox. Depending on your arrival time, we can also arrange a personal check-in.
