« Hot tub was broken, pool was warmer than the hot tub. The fire pit outdoor is not on. »

« Accueil et services excellents. Literie confortable. Seul problème, les chambres ne sont absolument pas au sonorisée. Malgré un double vitrage, nous entendons trop pour moi la circulation de l’autoroute qui ne diminue jamais, même la nuit. »

« Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice. »

« We were not informed of parking situations and that there were hotel parking and paid parking. The lamp was broken in room and the phone in the room was seemingly non functional. Also we were told breakfast was at 630 to 10 but was not informed it was no part of the room and was just that restaurant was open . »
