Super !
Super endroit ! Nous étions au 4e étage et en hiver la vue est imprenable sur le lac et montagnes enneigées. Propre, confortable et surtout proche de toute commodité.

Merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser des commentaires sur votre récent séjour chez nous. Nous avons une apparence rustique de pavillon au bord du lac avec les ours et la décoration de la cabine. Beaucoup apprécié par la plupart. Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir chez nous lors de vos prochains voyages dans la région.

Bon hôtel propre sans histoire belle vue à partir du 4ème loin de l ascenseur. En résumé prestations corrélées avec les services proposés

Établissement tres bien situe dans Tahoe City. Tres bon front desk. Point négatif, le bruit des autos qui circulent sur la route devant l hotel

The outlet is not the greatest, we had to switch a room. Then next morning our cards no longer work. However, their staff was quick to respond. There is currently construction right outside of the property so entry to the parking lot is not easy.

Third time staying here and we’ve always been happy. The location is wonderful. You are right across the street from the lake and some cute shops and restaurants. The rooms have been clean every time. I gave a three for facilities because the stairs are in serious disrepair and the pool isn’t a pool, so if you’re coming for that, you likely aren’t going to get it. Not sure what they’re doing with it but it’s been out of commission for the past couple of years. All in all, I recommend!

This place was great! The location was great with lots of shops and dining around. The only downfall was that there was no way to turn the heater off so it was very hot at night to sleep.

Construction noise all night. No staff at all until 3pm. The building is being used as a cell phone tower for every carrier.

Room was decent and served its purpose. Heater constantly makes a buzzing noise and hard to operate as the thermostat only has a dial with no markings for temp and no ability to turn the unit off. The staircase is literally crumbling which made me question the overall structural integrity. (There is an elevator). The pool was absolutely disgusting. I saw this in other reviews and didn’t care because we were there in the spring to snowboard, not swim. However, if the pool stays that way, it will be a mosquito breeding ground. It literally looks like a public health safety issue. They have a parking garage but that has low clearance (my lifted FJ cruiser) would not fit. There are a handful of exterior parking spots but it’s first come first serve. Once we were parked I was fearful of leaving and not being able to secure a spot when returning. Positives: we had an amazing view of the lake from our room. Lots of restaurants close by. Reasonable drive to palisades/alpine.

Right across the lake in Tahoe City, very cute. Easy walks to lake trail and restaurants. They don’t have AC, and I couldn’t get the heat off, so I found the room kind of stuffy, which is why I have given it a mediocre rating. Very nice people and place.

My first option was to stay at Tahoe City's America Best Value Inn, as I usually do, but that place recently and permanently closed. This no-frill Pepper Tree Inn is also in need of renovation (old-style motel layout; slow elevator; some stains here and there; no breakfast; etc.), which is scheduled for later this year. Still a good value.

We used it as our home base while skiing at Palisades Tahoe. The hotel is very well located for this, and there are several restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. I highly recommend Za’s restaurant which is on the waterfront

We were on the third floor of the seven-floor building. Nice view. Heater fan was loud and when off emitted a high-pitch humming. Called in and clerk said he thought he had heard that complaint before. Suggested opening the bathroom window and leaving the heater on, which we did. Strange setup: No staff on site except cleaners, but they do respond promptly to texts. Mattresses not great but it worked out for our four days there.

I have stayed at Pepper Tree 2 times. The first time the heat system was very loud and kept me awake. The second time the wifi didn't work. I notified the management each time of these issues and received no reply.

The building and room are on the older side but overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff was nice, the room was clean and the view was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older property and was exactly what I expected. Room was clean and accommodated four adults for one evening. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking was a challenge. The view of the lake right across the street is also a bonus.
