'We were a group of three families (plus a dog) and the house and gardens were phenomenal. The kitchen and the secret garden were our main areas for convening. All facilities were great, and as an avid cook, the kitchen set up and equipment was top notch. '

'Superb property in Church Fenton.
Perfectly situated for trips to York, Leeds and other places in Yorkshire.
The property itself was high quality and thoughtfully appointed.
Will definitely be back to stay, highly recommended.'

'This was an excellent property, immaculate in fact, plenty of storage ,everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained. Beautiful bedrooms , comfy beds, loads of storage again . Everything had been well thought out . Good enclosed garden great for our dog . Margaret the owner was very helpful , the property was in an excellent position for visiting the surrounding area and Kirk Hammerton itself was a beautiful village and we only wish we could have stayed longer !'

Mirror in bathroom fitted under eaves so too low to see yourself in if you're over 4ft tall. No long mirror in apartment either and bedroom too dark to use mirror over dressing table.
Pelmets above windows and blinds hanging slightly below them block light so what little light the windows provide is further obscured by the window dressings.
Was told there were only 2 floors so expected to...
