Blokhutten in Tabernash

'Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.'

'The inside of the cabin was very dusty. The window seals, door, jams and baseboards were filthy. The light switches were black gunky filled. We did not dare turn on the heater because the vent area was so full of dust. It could catch on fire or induced respiratory distress. I found a very happy spider. There were abandoned appliances in the front of the cabin. Weeds and dead plants everywhere. Absolute crack town trailer park directly behind us. It is a poorly cared for property and we did not...

'Clean, rustic cabin on a partially wooded property that gives a nice illusion of privacy in a somewhat crowded area. Lovely mornings and evenings with a view on the 2nd floor porch. Close to town without feeling like you're close to town.My one suggestion for improvement is to be more conscientious about keeping the cabin stocked with daily use items that travelers don't necessarily want to buy for just a week/weekend (Saran wrap, tupperware, aluminum foil, non-stick spray, etc).'

'The property was very clean. The hot tub was soothing and relaxing. The only complaint we had was the remote for the fireplace was missing. I called and someone was sent to look for it, but it was still missing.'

'The skyline lodge was the perfect mountain retreat. I plan to book again!'
