'The place was newer, clean and well organized. The location is great for activities in the area. We didn't use it during our stay but the kitchen was nicely setup with everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. It didn't bother us during our stay but it is near a railroad crossing and you'll here trains when they come through. We would stay here again if we visited the area. '

'We had a wonderful stay! The unit we stayed in had everything we needed and was so nice, including plenty of personal touches, like pretty pillows on the sofa, a mountain-themed dish towel, left-over containers, games, and plenty of warm covers on the bed. The check-in process was so smooth and the property's amenities were very nice. There was a pool, hot tub, fitness room, and sauna on site that we had access to. And the location of this property was ideal, too--right across the highway from...

'Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

'Stayed here after a visit to RMNP. Property was clean and check in was convenient, we liked the private balcony. Unable to use laundry facilities due to change machine being out of service and all shops close early. '
