'From the pool area to the actual room, it was clear there were very bad housekeeping and also safety issues. I reported the pool bathroom needed immediate cleaning (there was blood in three places on the floor, toilet paper holders were empty, and paper towels too) - more than 12 hours later it was still the same. There was some piece of electrical equipment plugged into an outlet in the pool area - perfect for anyone to stumble over and get electrocuted. The sofa bed in the room was dark and...

'The room was disgusting. There was a strip of paint coming off the ceiling, there were whiskers in the sink from someone shaving, there were clumps of hair on the floor, hair on the sheets and pillowcases, there was a part of a wrapper on the floor from the bar of soap, a hair tie on the floor, when I turned the shower on, black particles came out of the faucet, and the entire room was generally dirty. In order to close the shades, I needed to use a clip from the hanger to keep the shade closed....
