The fully equipped kitchen is designed for maximum convenience and is complemented by a practical utility area with complete laundry facilities. The living space is thoughtfully laid out to ensure a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

The First Floor (Sleeping Area)

The upper level features 4 bedrooms, all equipped with high-efficiency air conditioning to ensure perfect thermal comfort while you sleep. Each room offers direct, independent access to the balconies and verandas.

Bedroom A: Spacious double room with a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom B: Refined room with a double bed (arranged for single occupancy to ensure privacy).

Bedroom C: Refined room with a double bed (arranged for single occupancy to ensure privacy).

Bedroom D: Dedicated room with bunk beds.

Bathroom: There is a second full bathroom on this floor, shared by bedrooms B, C, and D.

Location and Getting Around

The villa is located in a quiet, secluded area, just a 2-minute drive from the beautiful beach of Fontane Bianche. We highly recommend that our guests rent a car. While essential amenities in the charming town of Cassibile are only 600 meters away, a vehicle is essential to explore the local area and manage your daily travel with ease and comfort, especially during the warmer hours of the day.
