« Thr staff is great. I would definitely stay again Great location, and great staff The master suite is great »

« Amabilité du personnel. Bien situé dans le quartier Beyoglu. »

« This hôtel is a Gem!!! Loved everything about ! Brand new hotel located in Pera, very central with a lot of amazing food and drinks options ! Classy and the rooms are so big with a great view at the 5th floor. The bed is very comfortable and huge, the breakfast is awesome with various options renewed everyday and the staff is the loveliest ! Special mention to Selma, Eda and Metin, they will help you with anything you need ! Definitely coming back I found my go to hotel In Istanbul !! »

« The hotel itself is beautiful, well located, and just a short walk from Galata Tower and the metro. However, the welcome was terrible. We didn’t even receive a simple “welcome.” The room we were given was on the first floor, right in front of the elevator, so it was very noisy because of both the elevator and the constant foot traffic. It also faced the street, which made it even noisier. The air conditioning wasn’t working. Instead of fixing it or offering another room, they simply opened the...

« Our room 201 is probably the worst room I have stayed in my life and I’m over 50 years old: absolutely, zero light. It is litterally a cave. It should be used for storage, not for a room. Do not get rooms below the reception floor (lobby floor), they have absolutely no light. »

« Everything from communication, to check-in, to cleanliness, to amenities, to the linens, to the location were perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Pera Neuf again! »
