While the building’s exterior proudly retains its historic character from 1891, all interiors were fully renovated in 2025, blending modern minimalism with warm oak wood finishes to create a stylish and comfortable space.

This Charming studio is located in Rozelle , Just 3 KM to Sydney CBD. It is also near Balmain Wharf — an excellent viewing spot for Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Recently renovated in July 2025, the studio is part of a charming building dating back to the Queen Victoria era, housing 15 separate studios. Each cozy 20-square-meter studio offers a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, office desk, bedding, and ample cupboard space, providing all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

Each studio in this building offers the comfort of your OWN private bathroom and kitchen, ensuring complete privacy and personal space throughout your stay.

For added convenience, we offer a seamless self-check-in process. You'll receive a key box code a couple of days before your arrival, allowing you to collect your key at your leisure.

The studio includes a cozy queen bed and can accommodate up to 3 guests, provided everyone is comfortable sharing the bed.

To ensure clarity, all of my studios come fully equipped with essential amenities, including a wardrobe, table, air conditioning, fridge, induction stove, Wi-Fi, and a TV, in addition to your OWN private bathroom.

We offer free washer, dryer and laundry detergent in the common area.

WiFi:
Wifi will be provided for free.

Car Parking:
Street Car parking permit will be provided upon notice in advance as only have 3 permits. The guest should take care of the Permit , or guest have to pay AUD300 if the parking permit didn't return or lost.

Netflix:
The studio has Netflix TV program , Free to connect and Watch thousands of Movies .

Other infos:

Transportation: There is one bus stop which is 300 meters far from the property. Guest can take many routes of Bus to Sydney city center ( Town Hall ), just ONE stop or nonstop to City.

There is one common laundry room (need to insert coins, 3 dollars per time ) and one more common kitchen in the building. Wifi will be provided for free.

Street side Car parking permit will be provided upon notice in advance as only have 3 permits. The guest should take care of the Permit , or guest have to pay AUD300 if the parking permit not returned or lost.

Towels and beddings: pls take care these, not using for removing makeup , cleaning luggage and shoes etc. surcharge will apply if got stained or damaged.
