'Second time staying in this home. The layout is great with two masters on the upper floor and plenty of space to hang out. Owners were very responsive, even brought us a new remote for the TV when we couldn't figure out how to use the universal one they had. Huge dining room table-can seat up to 12 adults/teens. Plenty of dishes, cups, utensils, cookware. Less than 1/2 mile to Terrace Lakes Resort where we enjoyed their hot springs pool. '

As a result, we were forced to secure last-minute accommodations at a local hotel around 10 p.m., which was both stressful and inconvenient.While VRBO has since issued a full refund for the original booking, I am now required to go through an additional process to recover the unexpected hotel expenses.
