« Front desk Staff didn’t even smile and no greeting nor enthusiasm. Just felt like doing their duty. Quoted crazy price hike, 3x the price when we asked for a nights stay. The highlight is the location of the Inn. »

« Il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux et il n’y avait que 2 serviettes et un échantillon de shampooing dans une chambre pour 4. Cependant les installations sont neuves donc c’est propre et plus agréable par rapport à d’autres hôtels de même catégorie de prix. »

« We real enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A couple of small quirks such as spotty internet and the bathroom door would not close but other than that we loved everything. Front desk staff was very helpful and the onsite restaurant Krazy Kats was great. My wife visited the Spa and said it was terrific. »

« Room and bed were excellent. The parking situation is strange- stay on property for $25 a night if you can get a spot or park in the garage around the corner for $5 a night???? Maybe that because 3 of the 4 elevators at the Chestnut street parking garage didn’t work. Not good for bad knees to have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning.
