'We absolutely loved our time on Lake Champlain! The house felt welcoming the moment we walked in — spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. Waking up to those beautiful lake views was pure magic, and having such easy access for our jet ski made every day an adventure. We also had a blast discovering some amazing local restaurants. This place truly made our trip special, and we can’t wait to come back!'

'Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! 'It was close between two properties that we were staying at, it was helpful to stay close without driving 2 hours home to my sisters, so it was a great location, everyone loved it, everything was at hand, will stay again if i have the opportunity!'

'The house is really nice - I think the pictures undersell it a little. Very spacious, open, clean. The location is also great. It's 25 min or so from Burlington, but there are also a lot of restaurants/stores/breweries/bagel shops in the area so it's not like you're far from things.Lake access was easy - we took out the kayaks and had fun with those. Great biking along the trail, too. Didn't end up taking the ferry but seemed simple enough to do.Overall, an excellent weekend in Vermont and...

'We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. The cottage has everything you need - washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, TV and WiFi. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. '

The house is a 2 minute walk to Fisk Farm and the Fisk quarry site of the Chazy reef formation (Ordovician), and 10-15’ walk to southern trails that start near Turner farm and traverse Ordovician to Cambrian strata.
