Location de vacances de particulier à Swannanoa

« This is the cleanest rental house we have ever stayed in! You can tell the cleaning people do a thorough job and this really sets the house apart from others. We did not cook in the kitchen but there were plenty of stocked utensils and cookware and many other amenities throughout. The photos in the listing represent the property well. The neighborhood is so cute and cozy and you get a lot of house for the price. The proximity to The Blue Ridge Parkway is also a plus. We would stay here again. »

« this is a mountain retreat with a great view looking west and is in a secluded area but close to everything you need. there is a steep driveway to navigate, once you’re here it is very relaxing. »

« Our family enjoyed our one night stay here. It’s a cute house with a good setup. We may stop here next year too on our way through. »

« Great cabin. Great views. Super close to Asheville and Black Mountain. »

« Fantastic choice for families traveling. Host has high chair and pack and play along with a selection of kids books which really helped with packing and made the kids feel right at home. My three year old keeps asking when we can go back to the red cabin. »

« Wonderful stay! This is such a cute and convenient place for your AVL visit. The owners are very responsive. We were traveling with two kids for a wedding and they were so accommodating. It has lots of space, the area is safe, and it’s only a quick drive to downtown. »

« The host is fantastic at communication and does a great job making sure everything is great for your stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Could not ask for more! »

« We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it »

« If I could give 6 stars I would. We loved the location. The views from the deck were wonderful. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. And, the couple of times that we asked if they had something that wasn't there, it appeared the next day! The hosts were incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with! »

« We loved the place! The location, the view, the house, the decor, the screened porch, the back deck - everything was perfect. We'll be back! »

« Very nice stay. Lots of room and comfortable beds. Really enjoyed things. Didn't need to reach out to the host for any reason. All things were easy. Multiple cars were able to make it up the gravel driveway. It was no joke, but we were able to make it. Hot tub was fabulous. Great stay. »

« We have rented the same property for the last four or five years and love it. The host goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend both the house and the hostess and host. »
