« The woman sitting at a tiny table with a laptop got every room mixed up, I ended up in a family room with my sibling, my 2 elderly great aunts were put in a double and my great uncle ended up in a single room which was in the attic, she had no idea and obviously gave the rooms to all the wrong people despite me showing her my booking! « This place is stuck in the past and not in a charming way. The carpet is stained, the bathroom looks like it was patched together with the cheapest possible materials, and the furniture and curtains have clearly seen better decades. Everything feels neglected and uncomfortable. That might almost be forgivable if the service made up for it, but it actually makes the stay worse.
