• This is a non-smoking property—please smoke outside and dispose of waste properly.

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors.
• Self check-in with a smart lock—code will be provided before your stay.
• We kindly ask guests to follow our checkout and light cleaning instructions before departure.
• For your safety: no running, diving, or rough play if your stay includes use of a pool or deck area.
• Monthly Rentals will be required to sign a lease agreement for the term or the stay. Bi Weekly/Monthly Cleanings are required for stays longer than one week. Cancellation or departure prior to original move out date will require full payment of reservation unless other arrangements have been made. Stays longer than one week (traditionally 30+ days, however, at the discretion of the owner) will require renters insurance, security deposit and additional screenings.
