'Our family stayed at this location for our family Christmas. The property worked out perfectly for us. Well stocked board game area. Comfortable and large living room. Well stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is a “trundle” type bed in a converted office…good for kids, not so much for a couple. The host responded to our few questions quickly and even sent someone to resolve a small issue with sidewalk salt. Will likely stay here again as our son will be living in Duluth for a while yet. '

'The house was perfect. Well stocked with everything we needed. We had 7 staying so all the extra towels were great. The coffee was excellent. The bedrooms were large as were the beds. The linens were excellent. We will certainly stay again. Great host communication.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, tucked just outside the busier part of Duluth, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but still only a short drive to Costco, Walmart, and anything else you might need. It was the ideal base for exploring the North Shore, with easy access to all the scenic drives, hiking spots, and state parks. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay while...

'Lucky us got a weekend where it didn’t get above zero for our whole Duluth stay. We noticed that it was quite cold in the dining area because there is no heat source in there and with the extreme cold, the heat from the adjoining areas wasn’t enough. I reached out to Heirloom and they promptly got us a space heater so we were able to snuggle in and enjoy playing games in there all weekend. '

'We had a very nice stay. The property is large, plenty of room for the dog to enjoy. The house is nice with lots of room for all to enjoy and was clean. Sitting out on the deck enjoying both the day and night was relaxing having a nice fire going. Close enough to Superior and Duluth for things to do and yet far enough away for piece and quite. Our hosts were responsive to email with check in and out very simple. Would stay again if we are back in the area.'
