The second bedroom has two single beds and a served by a separate bathroom containing a shower over the bath and a toilet.

There is a modern laundry and kitchen with a glass cooktop and oven. The lounge/dining area has a three seater couch and two comfortable arm chairs plus a smart TV. The dining table seats six. There are two fans for summer and heaters for winter.

There are cafe, takeaways and eateries within walking distance, as well as supermarkets and shopping centres within quick driving distance at Currimundi, Wurtulla and Kawana.

Caloundra's central business district and shops are just a few kilometres to the south.

A children's playground, Bbqs, and picnic tables are out the front. Overlooking the lake's entrance is a coffee shop and a cafe.

There are many walking and bike riding pathways around the lake and surrounding areas. Walk along the two kilometre stretch of sand to Dicky Beach and return via the walking trail is a popular pass time.

There has been screens recently installed throughout the unit, which contains a laundry with washer and dryer.
