This home is situated in the center of the Indian Springs development just three miles east of downtown Ketchum. If visiting when the snow is just right, guests can ski over to the Elkhorn Ski Lifts and ride up to enjoy the beginner and intermediate runs of Dollar Mountain. As this community is located on the bus route, access to other Sun Valley ski areas is safe and easy. In warm weather, take a trip over to River Run Lodge at the south end of Ketchum for hiking and lift-assisted mountain biking. And no visit to this area would be complete without spending a little time in downtown Ketchum, where you'll discover superb restaurants, quaint shops, lush gardens, art galleries, and year-round festivities.
Back at your rental, plan out your days then put your feet up and watch a favorite show or movie on the two cable TVs. With the addition of a well-equipped, full kitchen, you can save some money and indulge in a little home cooking or just brew up your morning coffee before you head out on the slopes. Things to Know
This condo was renovated with new furniture and flooring throughout in May of 2025.
Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
