'Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. 'This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. 'If you are looking for a place to stay near Santa Barbara, you can’t ask for a better place than this. A quiet little sanctuary with a Bali feel. Property manager was very communicative in every way from responses, recommendations, check in and check out. Our family felt very comfortable. 'We stayed here for our 40th anniversary. It couldn't have been more perfect. The little patio outside with the fountain was delightful as were the rest of the grounds. 'My husband and I stayed to visit friends in the area. This was a terrific location, and very quiet, private spot. Beautiful oak trees and hot tub really contributed to the relaxing feel. Great host; very communicative! I would highly recommend this property for a weekend (or longer) getaway!'

'Had an incredible stay in Ojai with my family, our first time visiting this majestic place.Jenny was on top of communication from a week out to the day of arrival and throughout our stay made sure we were comfortable. One instance we required paper towels and scissors, she had it waiting in front of our door within 5 mins!The place was perfect for our young family, having the bedroom for our toddler to sleep and living room to relax and watch tv in the evening was definitely a better hotel...

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "
