The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. « The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

« Hôtel d'un rapport qualité-prix correct, sans grand charme mais confortable. L'environnement entre centre commercial et forêt n'est pas exceptionnel mais offre un bon choix de restaurants. Ma note aurait été bien meilleure si je n'avais trouvé de longs cheveux dans mes draps (qui laisse un doute sur la propreté)...et que ce "raté" avait été correctement pris en compte par la réception ! »

« Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed.
