'The petting zoo and shack for firewood/s'mores/eggs were great to have on site. Beautiful and clean. A/C was a must for summer heat and worked wonderfully. The hot tub was hot! It was quiet and partially secluded; other tenants on the hill, could see you. Error on the side of caution: the entryway into the bedroom and washroom are not designed for non-flexible and/or large-framed individuals. We didn't have a problem, but certain individuals would. 'The owners were very nice. The guest house was not air conditioned. There was two fans. There was no silverware, had to go buy plastic utensils. No dishwasher. There was a mini refrigerator. No ice maker, only one ice tray. It is set up like a studio apartment. The place was peaceful and has a nice country view.'
