« Our door didn't lock. You could push on it from the outside. We had to fix it ourselves and they had no other rooms. Pool area is large but not very nice. Band-aids on the ground. »

« Pool was great, big and room enough to not get splashed by all the kids in there. That's where the good stuff ended. Room was out of Shampoo, didn't smell clean, it was cold and heat was on full blast, curtains didn't close all the way so it was bright all night long. Several girls basketball teams were there so breakfast was like fighting the heard to get something to eat. Hallways were full of shouting until late into the night and parents were drinking into the night in the Commons with...

« Staff was great. Fitness room very limited. Serving area for breakfast very small so was crowded but seating area was nice. Had 2 dogs in the room next to me and they barked whenever they heard a noise, not the staffs fault but what was their fault was putting them across from the elevator so lots of barking at random noises. Love dogs, but shouldn’t be allowed if they bark randomly. »

« Pool was great, floor in pool was dirty and not cleaned next day. Room was nice, you can tell it’s an updated older property and that’s fine. During our stay the pool bar and other areas seemed to be closed. Breakfast food was average or below for our kids, smaller selection. All that aside, we enjoyed the room and would stay again. »
