« Very basic facility. No tv even though instructions on how to get tv and satellite to work. No air conditioning. Carpets were completely worn out with burns and stains. The rug on top of the carpet was twisted and deformed. I don’t recommend this facility. »

« This hotel Was nasty they overbooked and screwed us out of a room, no accommodations at all.No updates or warnings and we're very rude about it. We were there for a softball tournament. Which another team player was staying there. They double booked a room for them and double charge them. »

« I like that it had the right amount of beds and a working microwave and fridge. I didn’t like that there was no WiFi and the check in process was very confusing and the man who checked us in acted very weird and was not helpful. »

« This was our 15th consecutive year going to Bear Lake. And the stay at North Beach Flats was one of best places we’ve stayed. Great location, safe for my family, and plenty of room. Minor delay when checking in, but the host was quick to respond, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend staying here. »

« It was so cozy right when we opened the door! Clean and beautiful. The view was amazing and the area outside to walk and exercise was fantastic! The owners were so kind and accommodating. All questions were answered in a very timely manner! We loved staying here and will definitely be back! We loved that there was a patio and a BBQ. »
