« The hotel is under some renovation, not enough that it keeps you up at night. They’re not doing that kind of renovation but a lot of it’s freshly painted and it’s so clean! The owner RAG is on site and I think that’s really helpful. He cares a lot more than just any manager what I figure.. He was very nice. »

« Check-in was an issue. Expedia did not give my phone# to Traill Inn. The remote check-in they use walked me through and we were able to get a room key. The house keeping woman who was cleaning our room was not finished when we did get in so we waited about 15 min longer. Then when we were unpacked I noticed the leak in the ceiling where water was dripping from the all-day rain so we needed to be moved to another room. That meant returning to the remote check-in to return our key in the security...

« About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

« We got what we paid for which was ok for a 12 hour stay. Somewhat musty smell in room a critter running across the room on arrival didn't give a great impression. Still, the room was clean and acceptable for a quick stay at affordable price. »
