« We absolutely loved our night at the Prairie Hause. The cabin was so cute - well decorated, full of everything we'd need, in the most beautiful setting! It was a chilly weekend but the blankets and heaters kept us comfortable. Love the lights along the path. Our host, Krista, was so accommodating and super friendly. « Nice clean unique little cabin in a small resort. The “lake” however was a small man made pond half empty. No one was using it. We didn’t go there for that, but it would be an issue if you expected to swim. Prompt response to messages. Good price. »

The owner maintains the space well and has so many nice amenities. Lots of fish right out in front of the dock. « There were many requirements when checking out of the cabin; the price was very high, and the hygiene was poor, as we found small cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. We also suffered from the heat because the air conditioning was not working properly; one of the bedrooms lacks privacy, and it is very uncomfortable to sleep there since you can hear everything. »
