Vind je ideale hotel in Southwestern Virginia

'Wonderful hotel right in the center of town. Easy check in and nice breakfast. One slight issue is the heating/air conditioning units are a bit troublesome but still slept well.'

'Accessible room with tub still had broken window blind so did nut sleep due to bright lights from parking lot and tub with no stopper so how can take a bath? Since only 2 accessible rooms in this hotel, we have stayed in this room several times over past year and blind has been broken and no tub stopper go or over a year! Unacceptable and although the hotel is clean we likely will be looking for another for future trips south. '

'Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!'

'Kimberly was extremely friendly upon check in after driving 12 hours. Answered questions and provided 2 doggy gift bags filled with treats and toys. Clean spacious room. Prompt refills for breakfast and lots of choices. Convenient right off the highway. Not much for anything to do right in the immediate area but not too far to things.'

'The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.'
