'The room was dirty, with beds not freshly made, stains on the towels and lines, and a messy restroom. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was not working. The address listed on the website and in the email confirmation was wrong, forcing me to search online to locate the correct place.'

'The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though.'

I reported the issue to the front desk, and although it improved for less than an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working again shortly afterward. On top of that, the mattress was in terrible condition.
