« Very nice home clean well organized comfortable furniture. Had variety of coffee's and Tea’s. Snacks warm shower nice soft towels.Very well maintained. I will be back someday. »

« The home is comfortable with plenty of coffee. Full kitchen. Could have a good cleaning when you open the windows and the fan in the bathroom, but was nice having a living room and 2 bedrooms. I thought a “sauna” was a hot tub but I think that met a ”sun room”? Katmai Air was amazing to take us to the property if we wanted and picked us up in the morning to head to Brooks Lodge! »

« Comfortable and quiet place very close to town. Host was amazing. Great communication, very responsive, flexible to our needs.Note that this property is up a steep gravel driveway. Very stable and well maintained, but we has two people in our party in their 60s, and we did not have a car. The hill was a challenge. If you have a car, or are younger, it is not a problem at all. Beautiful view from the house too. »

« I have no way to judge how clean the house was as we were unable to stay given bad weather requiring us to fly out a day early. I contacted our host and explained the situation and had no response. I understand that this is high season but some form of communication from the host would have been appreciated. »

« The house was very nicely finished and the location was amazing! Our host was very accommodating when we got in a bind with a cancelled flight. We were in Kodiak on business so we didn't have much time to explore but would love to come back and stay here again and take a fishing trip and sightseeing tour with Rick and Hope! »
