'Had a great sleep in a very clean room! No complaints! Will stay again!'

'Free breakfast: need to Have warm options available. The staff must be more friendly when asked about the breakfast. A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done. The old couple were just standing and watching and didn’t understood the thing. Then other guy tried to get waffles and screwed up the machine, the guy came and disconnected and left it there...

'This is a busy hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel is starting to show signs of wear. Our room had many patches on the walls that were unpainted. The bathroom amenities were missing and the kitchen utensils were also missing. Staff was happy to give replacements though.'
