'Staff and management very helpful and friendly. Waiting list enquiry didn’t work. I had asked to be contacted if a room became available, but this didn’t happen, even though rooms became available at a later date. Room spacious, clean, comfy bed, good shower. Our room was on the ground floor this time and it was noisy some times with guests coming in late and hanging out in the lounge area. 'Great all around hotel'

'Worst experience I've ever had! We will never be back. If you are going for the pool and hot tub, pass on this one. That is why we went and I was super disappointed to see that the hot tub was closed. The water slide was an enclosed tube all the way down and was pitch black with a huge splash of water to youur face at the end. Any adult I saw go down was one and done. The kids didn't seem to mind. The pool was freezing cold. I ended up leaving and going back to my room to shower and change only...
