'Beautiful, large historic apartment on the bottom floor in a charming, safe neighborhood with brick streets and mossy trees. If you love cool Southern vibes and a comfortable bed, this place is perfect. There's a fun chalk board refrigerator and lots of original features including a claw tub/ shower.
