« This was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean, had off street parking, was within walking distance (half a mile) to restaurants (Thai was great) and train station. »

If you have low expectations, this is the place for you. 1.This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. 2.The host does NOT respond. There were NO towels or washcloths. I texted the host, he claimed he was coming but never did. 3. You can literally smell who's smoking Newport's from I'm assuming the apartment under. The ventilation is ridiculous. 4.Its on a busy/heavily traffic street...SEPTA has a bus stop directly in front...

« Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

« It's a great location, with wonderful restaurants within steps of the apartment. Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly. »

« Property was perfect for two and was just what we needed to attend a wedding in the area! It’s walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants which we enjoyed. Two small points of feedback:1. Wifi on fridge is not the wifi (didn’t work for us) and we found the one on the side of the router to use. This was a bit confusing and we didn’t get the TV to work until the second day.2. There are four units at this address and I had to look several times in the app to know it was unit 3! I would add this...
