I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...

' Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. '

'I loved staying in this historic old property. The host Jen is wonderful, helpful and friendly. The space is unique, cozy and right downtown for the ultimate days-of-yore Annapolis experience. Steps away from everything you'd go to Annapolis to see; the restaurants, shops, Ego Alley, and the Naval Academy. My dog Wally loved it too, the restaurants are dog friendly, some inside as well as outside. The state house lawn was a nice place for dog walking, and you get a feel in the neighborhood...

'Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets.
