'House was very nice, well updated. Had what I would anticipate for a VRBO when it comes to items in the kitchen. The space downstairs was awesome! We loved the oversized beanbag and big screen TV.We enjoyed getting to know the neighbors, as they shared tips and favorite places to go in Sioux Falls. Great city! A couple of helpful things would be grilling utensils, a bath mat and a dresser/somewhere to put clothes. The back patio is a nice little area, a table and chairs would complement quite...

The space was larger than I expected from the pictures and the location is great. Very clean and comfortable and the hosts are fantastic. I highly recommend this property.'

'I booked the day prior to arrival due to the prior location's host cancelling unexpectedly! Nick was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. The property was comfortable for the three of us. The futon style sofa bed really could not sleep two people over the age of 10. I will stay there again when I am in the area.
