'We stayed one night on our way to Minnesota and one night on our way back home to Michigan. For the first stay (on a Tuesday night) check in went very well and we were sent to a room on the 3rd floor in the same building as checkin. The room was recently renovated and clean. Even with hard surface flooring, the stay was quiet. The second night was a Saturday and the price reflected that it was a busy night for the hotel. The night before was also busy as our room was not available at the 3 pm...

I guess I am just used to professionals in most hotels. This was like a team of McDonald's employees who received zero training in customer service. Sure, they can tell you the pool hours or when breakfast is served. But ask a question like "Is the tap water drinkable?" and they fall apart. Of course, I also paid $20...
