'Lovely apartment, we particularly enjoyed the in-built sauna. It would be really useful to have an information pack in the apartment giving details about the surrounding area (ski area, restaurants, things to do) and also to provide instructions on how things work in the flat - we couldn't log on to the WiFi via the QR code and had to contact facilities to get a code, the coffee machine worked once and then refused to play ball, sauna controls were a bit of a mystery, but we got it working.'
