'Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. '

'We loved this property. It was centrally located but not in the thick of things. So, it offered peace and quiet while being close to everything. The hosts were wonderful, quick to communicate and help if needed. My kids lived in the salt water pool, and loved playing in the large back yard. My siblings who lived in the area came over through out the week and we had plenty of space to be altogether and catch up. 10/10 would recommend.'

Very clean and there was plenty of towels, soaps and coffee. We absolutely loved the swing-set in the back yard as well! '

'Even before getting there, it was good to work with Bobby. I needed to adjust things a little and he was agreeable and helpful in making sure we were accommodated.The house itself is nice: cute, with a fair amount of backyard space if you need it (including a swing)--the photos (at least as I write) are accurate. It was a comfortable space to stay, stocked with the items we needed, with everything easy to understand/operate.'

The host did not communicate well. I had to initiate the message about entry and then there were no directions on exiting.
