« Stay was great, weather turned out better than forecast. There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used. »

« My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend! »

« This was a great place to stay for my family of three. It’s a quick drive to Stone Harbor beach, and the beach passes included at the house were an added convenience. The space was very clean and well put together. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Would definitely stay again! »

« The cottage was clean, bright, new, well thought out and well appointed as was the yard and grounds. The place has almost everything you could possibly need. Anthony, our host was responsive, very accommodating and kind. It was so cool to have a hot tub and to be able to bring our pups. We will definitely stay here again. »

Pool, fire pit, board games, everything you could want in a place was there. No detail was overlooked. The appliances were high end and anything you could want was provided. « the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance. »
