'Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!'

'A unique getaway in a beautiful area. A well designed, clean and spacious spot is situated in a beautiful area close to hiking trails and restaurants. My husband and I and our two dogs greatly enjoyed our stay here.'

'The process was easy. Owner was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. Charming decor and relaxing outdoor spaces. Perfect for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed time on the deck which we like to say had “treehouse vibes” and in the spa. Loved walking up the road with the dog to see the views of the reservoir. '

'Very quaint bungalow, feels like staying at grandma’s. Fun and quirky decor. I stayed here while my family was camping in Big Indian. We grabbed the bnb as a backup in case weather (or child) didn’t cooperate and were happy to have this as lovely home base. The sweet host reached out a couple of times to make sure all was well '

'Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. '

'The overall stay was very pleasant. The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. The kitchen facilities were nice and spacious. While we didn’t cook much, it was nice to use for small meals. The bathroom was also neat and clean. '

'We loved our stay. Spacious, clean and quiet. Close drive to the Minnewaska State Park, wineries and some local restaurants. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.'

'I had my 3 sons stay over n my 4 th day tripped from nearby. The pool was a big hit especially with 5 grandkids 8 n under. Went to the town park n went fishing with my grandson. Visited BigPink n the lighthouse. Great time. Sami was very responsive to any questions I had. '

'My husband and I very much enjoyed our week-long stay. We particularly loved having all the sliding doors and windows open in the master and main rooms to hear the water and enjoy the setting. Jetted tub was great. Fridge clean and empty and ready for us. Simple eats in and bigger meals at restaurants nearby, although kitchen ready for cooking. 'Absolutely magical place! The Yurt was immaculate, cozy and so beautiful. The property was so stunning it actually took my breath away! My dog and I had so much fun exploring the many acres and beautiful waterfall and streams. My husband and I just relaxed and we felt renewed when we left! Beds were comfy, kitchen had all things needed, bathroom was so clean and towels were lovely.
