After booking, every reservation is required to either a £200 refundable security deposit (held on your card, not charged, and released within 7 days of checkout) This is a good house keeping bond for;

Breaching house rules specifically parties and loud noise during unsociable hours or disruptive behaviour towards neighbours
Excessive cleaning post stay

Your door code will be available via the portal shortly before arrival, once this is completed.
