« We arrived to a property that was littered in trash (see picture for reference) and without power. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount. We opted to leave but the host still refused to refund the 250 cleaning fee even though we left within 15 mins upon arrival. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Find somewhere else to stay. »

« Everything was perfect! And we had a full moon so got to see the ocean into the night! The disappearing sliding doors made us feel like we were outside all of the time and the weather was perfect and the waves were perfect rollers for the surfers in the group! Bedding and bed comfort in rentals is really important to me and on our last day I was looking for tags so that I could buy them for my own home ;) it was a magical spot for the family gathering and my moms 85th birthday! »

« Our experience at the Mill Valley home was outstanding! The house is beautiful and just as described, but the setting is beyond description. The home, like all the homes in the area, is nestled in the canopy of the woods. All beneath the watchful eye of mount Tamalpias. « The house is very cute and makes efficient use of space. The beds/bedding are high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. The showers have good water pressure. The neighborhood felt very safe and is in a convenient location. The property was very clean. We had 1 minor issue with the bathroom and it was handled promptly. « Overall we had a great stay. But I want to clear up a few issues. There is room for two cars in the driveway because it’s a long driveway, one car goes in first and one car parks behind it. The next issue is that there are only one and 1/2 bathrooms. There’s a 1/2 bath on the main floor and one full bath (no bathtub) on the lower floor.
