'I liked the breakfast; although, I've had better but again, it was nice. I had to notify the desk that I strongly felt that the linens on my bed had not been changed from the previous guest. After an hour, someone brought up a fresh pile of linens for me to change them myself. I called the front deck and requested a new room and was granted one. Thank you.'

'I first started saying that the BWI La Quinta back in 2024 it was stellar. Up until I'd say the early part of this year it seems to kind of fell off as far as the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. We stayed in the first floor room 102 it was clean but it was very damp and it smelled mildewy like an old basement with water. I went to the front desk to let the lady know ask for dehumidifier asked for some type of deodorizer for the room and all I got was a spray of air freshener,...

'The room was sufficient, it met our needs for the one night. Room was cleaned, but the outside steps to the rooms were not cleaned.'

'The first room I was in had mold in the bathroom, they tried to cover it with caulk but the mold was coming through the caulk. They changed my room and a roach was in the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work, I had to use my own. The rooms were very outdated. The best part of my stay was that they didn’t except animals.'

'I visited the hotel for one night. It is conveniently located near the highway for easy access to other parts of the DMV (in my case, the airport). This is a bare-bones motel. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't stay for more than one or two nights.'

'First time in the city and no regrets! Amazing on a couple of fronts (customer service, staff friendliness, cleanliness and breakfast). Loved our stay over there and highly recommend this property. Parking can be tight if there are vans parked on the upper parking lot (there’s one in the basement too which is a covered parking so helpful during winters) as there wouldn’t be enough space to maneuver due to the size between the parking spaces. The property is 100% non-smoking property however...

'The exterior shower floor needed a more thorough cleaning to remove built-up dirt and soap scum, making sure it was clean and visually attractive.'

'The bed was very comfortable. Looks wise it’s not the most attractive hotel to stay in, but for the price and what I needed it was great.'

'Pros: Friendly staff, reasonable price, good water pressure in shower, and close to everything. Cons: Stairways smelled like urine, multiple stains on the comforter, body wash dispenser was empty in the shower, overwhelming smell of cleaning detergent in the room, smell of smoke was wafting in the room in the middle of the night, and bed was quite soft.'
