« Seamless check-in, lots of room for the family to spread out or all sit together at the same table. Pool is well cared for and there is plenty of shade and sun on the deck. Beds are comfortable, place was clean, 2 frig's! So nice to have bay access with a dock, fish we're caught! 5 minute drive to a wonderful winery or lake Ontario Stone beach in the other direction. »

« Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home on Sodus Bay. The location couldn’t be more perfect—the private beach was ideal for relaxing mornings with coffee, and the dock made it so easy to get out on the water. We spent hours swimming, kayaking, and just taking in the views.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. « Awesome home! This property is clearly loved and taken care of. From the bamboo mattress covers to the high quality pool towels to the massive 3ft x 3ft oven- this property is stunning. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Meticulously washed bed sheets and comforters. Plenty of outdoor, brand new seating. The bathrooms are all recently renovated and updated. « What a fun place. The pool and sauna were fantastic. Fishing was very good. The house has plenty of space for everyone. Close to shopping, restaurants and much more. Convenient to get to and great hosts. »

« We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits...

« Only a 15 minute drive from the hustle, bustle, and crowds of the festival and into Oswego is this quiet oasis with five bedrooms, two baths and a relaxing living room in which to kick back and enjoy a cold one out of the fridge (without any lines!). All the conveniences to fix your own vitals, or a short drive to fine dining (did anyone say Canali's?). Highly recommended - just park across the end of the driveway to avoid bottoming out your vehicle getting in and out. »

« We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well laid out with everything we needed to make all our meals. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the covered porch, and the hot tub & kayaks were used every day. Would love to come back next year. »

« this was the perfect site to stay at for a work group. we were able to split up into male/female apartments. parking was good at the house and readily available for overflow nearby. everything was clean and new looking. beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the walls are pretty thin, so you hear everything above and beside your rooms and the neighbor was really loud with tv/radio some mornings/evenings. But overall, I give it 5 stars! »

« Our second time here and it is absolute bliss. We love the cottage and the views are amazing. Two fire pits make for lovely evenings and the sunsets are fantastic. The hosts have very thoughtfully thought of all the basics. Bring your food beverage and bathing suits. We will be back. Thank you so much! »
