    Situated in Meadows at EagleRidge condominiums, this 3BR/2BA retreat offers seamless access to the slopes! Walk just 8 minutes to ski base area. Highlights of your condo include beautifully appointed interiors, a fireplace, and a private covered balcony.

    Enjoy resort-style amenities including a seasonal spa and heated pool, private ski lockers, and heated garage parking. Need a lift? During ski season, hop aboard the convenient on-call shuttle to slopes, dining, and shopping.

    LIVING AREA

    Lounge in the inviting living room, furnished with a comfy sofa and two armchairs. Gather around the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 32” flat-screen TV.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    Whip up hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with gleaming granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

    When it’s time to eat, share meals around the dining table for six or kitchen bar for four. There’s also a four-person breakfast nook.

    BEDROOMS & BATHS

    This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between three bedrooms.

    Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The master bedroom also has direct access to the balcony. The en-suite master bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.

    The second bedroom is outfitted with a twin daybed with a twin-size trundle below. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

    The third bedroom is appointed with a king bed. An adjacent guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

    OUTDOOR AREAS

    Take in valley views and peekaboo mountain vistas from your south-facing covered balcony.

    Inviting on-site amenities include a seasonal spa and heated pool, a firepit, community grilling area, and a fitness room. Private ski lockers and heated garage parking are also convenient perks for your winter vacation.

    Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.

    Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles in the heated/covered garage.

    This second-floor unit is accessed via an elevator. The condo does not have AC.

    The on-site hot tub and heated pool are seasonal (closed from after Labor Day until Thanksgiving, and then again from the end of the ski season until Memorial Day weekend).

    An easy 8-minute walk on a footpath next to the creek leads to the ski resort base area and restaurants.

    Alpine adventures await at nearby Steamboat Ski Resort! Hike and bike among wildflowers or pair lunch with a view on the Oasis Sundeck. Ski, tube, play a round of mini-golf, or challenge yourself to a ropes course. Ride the thrilling Outlaw Mountain Coaster, the longest alpine coaster in North America.

    Downtown Steamboat’s Main Street exudes small-town charm with historic eateries, shops, and quiet neighborhoods. Relax at Old Town Hot Springs, where you can indulge in a massage and unwind in eight hot spring pools.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This was a convenient, well appointed, and spacious property. Great stay, convenient on property shuttle, terrible snow at the time. Lol, guess you can’t have it all. Thanks for a great experience with the property. 3 bathrooms was a WONDERFUL thing to have when traveling with your wife and two daughters! Would love to stay here again.

Fun Steamboat trip!

We had a wonderful time skiing for a week in Steamboat, and this property was great! There were only a couple of glitches (shower door falling off track, a couple of outlets not working), but overall this place met or exceeded our expectations. After the property management fixes those small issues, I would definitely recommend!

Great space and convenience to the mountain

This unit at the Meadows was a great fit for me and my teenage kids. Great room and decor and was a great value. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook. And we loved the convenience to the hot tub. The use of the shuttle was priceless. Got us to the base of the mountain quickly and we used it for grocery shopping and going into town. Truly no reason to have a car. We were very happy with our stay here.

You get what you see.

I've booked places where the photos looked so much better than reality. This place was exactly what you see in the pictures. Although I thought this place was an actual house when I booked it. It is a condo in an older building but the inside is very cozy and clean. Great for families or group of friends. Love that there was a bathroom to every bedroom. It was very spacious and didn't feel cramped with 6 adults. We even had room for 2 more if we wanted.

Nice Complex, Floorplan & Location

From a family who stays at many resorts and vacation rentals, we hope these details will help. This is a nice small complex, low noise, easy pool/hot tub access without always being full. Very spacious floorplan. 1 bedroom has no windows, but has a private bathroom. Kitchen is very open and plenty of cooking items. Washer & dryer is a super perk - most rentals do not have this amenity! There are plenty of fans for those who struggle with heat and cool regulation in the unit. I would not say this is a comfortable walking distance with your gear to resort, however the buses are close & easy. Ski lockers are spacious - we were able to have 6ppl gear fit. Private buses bring you back from slopes which is really nice. Most grocery stores and restaurants are close or you can take a free shuttle to town with even more options. Garage keypad is at entrance of parking lot - this was confusing and not clearly communicated. All doors are keypad access which makes it nice with all family members not being responsible for keys. We had 1 issue with a kitchen appliance and the management team was super responsive and helpful to resolve problem.

Wonderful

Nice but be aware no a/c in the summer

The condo was clean, well stocked and an overall comfortable stay but it was hot in Steamboat while we were there and even with fans going, it was very stuffy and brutal. All the windows and balcony doors are located on the back end of the unit so the front end, kitchen and dining area never really got cool, even with leaving the windows and patio doors open all night. Plus to really get good air circulation, you have to leave the shades up at night and no privacy from neighboring condos. I think it would be a great stay for the winter, which was our original booking for March 2020, but obviously had to cancel that with the pandemic shutdown. Also, the place is very clean but a suggestion would be to get bed skirts or box spring covers — the box springs were stained and pretty gross looking compared to everything else. Amazing place for a girls trip!!!

It’s also great for families- I was just lucky enough to go with 5 great ladies!!! This place is huge! The place slept us all comfortably. The master bed was amazing! Very clean with plenty of toiletries, paper products, etc. Lots of extra pillows, blankets- even an air mattress. Very cute decor. Tons of games and books with an awesome kitchen with everything we needed. Great location, right by the river. Look forward to renting again! Family vacation with 2 teens. Decent location. Our unit had two windows whose cranks didn’t work. Need to be able to open/close all windows. No a/c. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms would be ideal. The small 3rd bedroom is very stuffy/no windows. Mgmt co was unresponsive most of the time. They don’t respond to texts unless they need something but not in response to me. They never came to fix windows. The wifi was spotty. It took them 2 days to fix it. The pool requires a reservation for an hour time slot. Very clean. Nicely furnished and appointed with good kitchen utensils etc. Overall a solid 3 star stay. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great spot for a mountain getaway

We stayed at this condo the first weekend after Steamboat reopened. It was the best decision for our family as we needed a relaxing getaway after being in lockdown for three months. The location was perfect, next to a stream that gave the kids daytime entertainment and along a path that was a short walk to the base of the mountain where there was a grocery store and brewery with outside seating. Everything was very clean, and the condo was cute and had everything we needed. The pool was open and friendly neighbors helped us navigate the new reservation process for the COVID world. Covered parking was also a plus, just make sure you stop at the very front of the driveway to enter the keycode to get the garage door to open. Great condo, horrible dealing with Turnkey

The condo was great- good location, clean, everything you`d want in a condo. However, dealing with Turnkey was awful. Booking and answering questions prior to checking in, they were very responsive and helpful. However, they didn`t properly communicate parking so we were dealing with a tow truck driver while we were supposed to be working. And, we constantly got texts about excessive noise. These texts came any time from 1pm to almost 2am, saying they were dispatching security. We were in town to work, we weren`t having a party or playing music. In fact, we received these texts while a coworker was sleeping on the couch! We spoke to the onsite management- they were super nice, gave us parking passes and ensured they have had zero complaints about noise. I recommend the owner ditch turnkey and have their property managed by the onsite managers. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
