Whether you're planning a ski trip with the extended family or a summer vacation to hike and mountain bike with a group of friends, this five-bedroom EagleRidge townhome provides an elegant and convenient setting for your Steamboat Springs adventures. Whip up pancakes and eggs each morning with your sous chefs seated at the spacious breakfast bar, bring your coffee outside to the large private deck to take in the view of the mountains, and walk over to the gondola for a thrilling day on the slopes. You'll come home to a private washer/dryer for your clothes, a jetted bathtub to soothe your tired limbs, and plentiful sources of at-home entertainment, from the Ping-Pong table in the garage to the gas grill out on the deck. Take advantage of fantastic community amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle, and retreat to the warmth of the gas fireplace for nightly movie screenings on one of the flatscreen TVs. When it's time to turn in, you'll sleep soundly in five bedrooms - one with a king bed, two with a queen bed apiece, a fourth bedroom with two double beds, and a fifth bedroom with two sets of twin bunks.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
