The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to create delicious snacks or warm meals after a day on the slopes. Hang up your ski gear in the ski locker and cozy up next to the fire with a good book. When everyone has had their fill of fun for the day, heading out to the balcony for a glass of wine or playing a movie on the TV is always a good idea. Extra perks include a private, in-unit washer/dryer.

Steamboat Springs is known for phenomenal winter activities from skiing and snowboarding on world-class runs to snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and snowmobile tours around the mountain! There is no need to worry about driving along icy streets to the lifts, as a seasonal shuttle can whisk you away to the slopes, shops, and restaurants for your convenience. Come summer, there is just as much to do, as amazing biking and hiking trails are waiting underneath the snow! Plus, rafting, fishing, and hot springs are also great ways to experience this beautiful area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
