'This house is the perfect stay for Bordeaux. Quit neighborhood, great house and within 20-25 min walk downtown Bordeaux. Also very nice and cooperative host. One small detail. We were with 7 people, with one toilet sometimes a little challenge. But overal 5 ⭐️ rating! Highly recommend!'

'Bien situé dans le quartier des Chartrons. A proximité des services. Accès au centre de Bordeaux super facile grâce aux transports en commun à proximité. Le petit jardin est un gros plus. Cuisine bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire. '

'Maison sympa et cosy, idéal pour une location courte durée. Elle est bien située à Bordeaux et le garage est un très gros plus, d'autant qu'il est suffisamment grand pour pouvoir ouvrir les portes et décharger tranquillement les valises. La terrasse est super également pour les apéro l'été. Globalement propre, les lits sont très confortables, le linge de lit et les serviettes mises à dispo niquel. Je mets que 4 étoiles et pas 5 pour quelques détails : nous avons constaté plusieurs...

'Very lovely place. The location is wonderful if you relatively close walking distance to central Bordeaux. We really appreciated the protected parking area in pride the courtyard. It was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful with plenty of noise protection from the roads and city traffic. The only thing we found lacking was the air conditioning. Aude-Marie was an extraordinary host, taking about an hour to introduce us to the features of the house, and most importantly giving us invaluable information on Bordeaux, complete with annotated maps. 'My family recently spent a week of Christmas at this property and it was an enjoyable stay. The house is well-suited for guests of all ages. The communal space on the first floor is perfect for visiting, and the additional two floors' layout is spacious and private. "Hebben een prima nacht doorgebracht in dit hotel. Parkeren kon in de parkeergarage op nog geen 80 meter. De ingang is conisch door de vier silo's. Baliepersoneel was zeer vriendelijk. De bar Gina beneden was prima om te wachten en de Ceasar salade daar was heerlijk. De kamer was netjes, schoon en groot genoeg. Douche was perfect. Eten deden we in de foodhal naast het hotel en dat was prima. Openbaar vervoer naar de stad werkt uitstekend. Prima en fijn hotel ok voor de weekendtrip. We komen zeker nog eens terug!!"
